About us
EuroMoS, a non-governmental foundation established in August 2003, is established in Amsterdam with its office at Keizer Advocaten, the law firm of EuroMoS’s hon. Secretary.
EuroMoS was formed by five persons, academics, a judge and members of the Bar and a court interpreter and translator. One of the founders, Judge Rob Blekxtoon, was at the time President of the Extradition Division of the Amsterdam District Court, a co-author of the “Handbook on the European Arrest Warrant”.
The present Board members have the same expertise and experience as the founders.
