Rechtbank Amsterdam (1/9/09)
Suspension of extradition detention following the acceptance of the requested extradition by Poland. The actual extradition was obstructed by excessive violence of the Polish police officers against the claimed person. Consideration of interests has led to suspension. Cyprus

Supreme Court of Cyprus (7/11/05)
The application for the issue of a EAW was dismissed on the ground that the national law transposing the Framework Decision on EAW was unconstitutional. You can find the judgement here.

German Constitutional Court (18/7/05)
Ruling on a challenge by the German national Mamoun Darkazanli, who was facing an extradition request from Spain on al-Qaida terrorist charges, the highest German Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) has declared the European Arrest Warrant void. You can find the judgement here (only in German language).
